We have a really strong Freezer Beef market we only sell in bulk and we only sell to families or individuals. You can buy a whole calf, a half or a quarter. We sell only twice per year, in April and October. Regardless of quantity we share $4.00 per pound dress weight plus processing. We bring the beef back to the farm from the processor via Freezer truck and our customers pick their meat up here at the farm on pick up weekend.
